What the hell is a Dominatrix? That was the sentiment of the general population before Mistress Jacqueline came on to the scene. Mistress Jacqueline made Dominatrix a standard household word. Many have followed in her path, but it only due to Mistress Jacqueline’s bravery and willingness to be open, that have led to the phenomenon of the leather, latex, and fetish scene.
Jacqueline made her mark as the world's foremost Dominatrix. You've seen Jacqueline on every major talk show and she's starred in over 100 fetish films. Her autobiography, 'Whips & Kisses', was a huge success and touched the lives of many people.
In the early 90’s Mistress Jacqueline appeared on every major daytime talk show including Phil Donahue, Sally Jessy Raphael, Joan Rivers, Montel Williams and many others. Her message touched numerous souls of and soon thousands were exploring the more secret side of their sexuality.
‘Whips and Kisses’ gave others the courage to step out of the closet and act on repressed sexual desires such as Dominance/submission, spanking, cross dressing and other sexual practices formerly labeled ‘taboo’. Mistress Jacqueline’s charisma and beauty clearly captured America so much that leather and latex became a fashion statement.

Given that her passions lie with helping others, it makes sense that Mistress Jacqueline chose psychology as her major. Jacqueline received her Master's degree in clinical psychology and did post graduate training in Human Sexuality. In 1992 Jacqueline joined forces with Vinnie SPIT and they formed a video company that produced fetish video, DVDs and magazines. Their company created high quality products that catered to the spanking market.
Mistress Jacqueline also became part of the SPIT act. She was a vital part of SPIT and her duties included back-up vocals, saxophone, drums and percussion, choreographed dancing, booking shows and general business.
Jacqueline is still a vital part of the community. She has dropped the term Mistress, as it doesn’t really reflect her true passion, which lies with spanking. She now uses her full name: Jacqueline Omerta.
